Bharat Mitra (Yoav Lev)

Bharat Mitra on fire for freedom, arrived in India in 1987 and in 1990 Divine Grace brought him to the feet of his Master, Sri H.W.L. Poonja, Papaji. Bharat Mitra has been a visionary entrepreneur all of his life, bringing passion, presence, inspiration, intelligence, and great love to all he does and to all he meets. He founded ORGANIC INDIA as a vehicle for consciousness, with no separation between “spirituality” and “business”, a company where integrity, honesty and respect are valued as a priority, and where the bottom line includes social responsibility, environmental sustainability and economic success. Bharat Mitra is a Director of The StarFire Fund (USA), President of The Bet Lev Foundation (USA), a core partner of Gold Lake Mountain Resort (USA), and Chairman of The Lev Group (CO, Israel).

Bhavani (Holly B.) Lev

Bhavani (Holly) Lev, pursuing her passion for Truth came to India in 1996 to meet her Master, Sri H.W.L. Poonjaji, lovingly called Papaji. After Papaji left his body in Sept.1997, Bhavani continued to live in Lucknow and joined Bharat Mitra, both as a partner in his company and as his loving wife. Together they created the vision, mission and values that are today ORGANIC INDIA Pvt. Ltd. Bhavani was founder and primary teacher of Living Yoga Inc. (VA, USA) from 1990-1997 and Chairwoman of The Integral Health Center (VA, USA) from 1985- 1990. Bhavani is a Director of The StarFire Fund (USA), Director of The Bet Lev Foundation (USA), and a core partner of Gold Lake Mountain Resort (CO, USA).

Christopher Dean

Christopher founded the modern Australian Tea Tree Industry and built up his company, TP Health Ltd. to become one of the leading Natural Health companies in Australia with over 300 products sold around the world. He founded the Australian Tea Tree Industry Association (ATTIA) which he chaired for 8 years. He was President of the Complimentary Healthcare Council of Australia from 2002-2006. He is the founding Chairman of the Northern Rivers Community Foundation.

Steven Bookoff (Shankara)

Steven Bookoff has been the CFO of ORGANIC INDIA since 2002. He also volunteers as an officer and director of the Bet Lev Foundation, a Private Foundation in the USA and as a Board member of Smith Farm Center for the Healing arts. Prior to joining ORGANIC INDIA, Steven was the CFO of HMIS from 1990 through 2002. He was very involved in the sale of HMIS, a private company, to a publicly traded company in 1997.

Laurent Chappuis (Prasad)

After graduating at the top of his class, Laurent had a 13 year career in Private Banking with Switzerland’s leading Private Bank before founding his own investment consulting firm. Postings in Japan and the Middle-East gave Laurent a broad international exposure. Over the years, he has been involved in making several large investments in private companies spanning many different activities.

Lynda Dean (Sarada Devi)

Lynda Dean joined ORGANIC INDIA in 2006. She was OAM Co Founder and Human Resources Director of TP Health Ltd from 1979 to 2006. She was the President of Byron Bay Community Centre (2001 – 2006), President of Regional Council Australian Business Ltd (1996 – 2000), Vice President Northern Rivers Writers Centre, 1996 current; and Board Member Small Business Development Corporation 1997 to 2005. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (IYTA and Yoga Alliance) since 1992 and a Certified Marriage Celebrant, Justice of the Peace.

Krishan Guptaa

“Journey of 19 years from being a Management trainee to Managing Director of Oriflame Products India (SOL) and now Global CEO & Managing Director with ORGANIC INDIA Private Limited, has been full of learning’s, obstacles and fun that has helped grown Krishan Guptaa as a self Made Man. Passing out as Gold Medalist from LIT Nagpur, Krishan started his career from Colgate May'88 in R & D. His charismatic personality make the difference making even the slow movers to gallop. He joined ORGANIC INDIA Pvt. Ltd. in July 2007 and already ORGANIC INDIA feels the momentum he has generated in his initial days. His Charisma is not limited to companies he works but is felt by all who have heard him at various forums. He has been giving inspirational and catalytic lectures on management at many forums all over India. He is also the author of one of the Best Seller Books - Clear Your Bottlenecks published in English and Turkish Language.”

Jack Ruane (Kamal)

Beloved Kamal ji (Jack Ruane) left his body on 18th November, 2007. While we all miss his physical presence, his wisdom, humility and huge generous heart are present, and are a guiding light for our company.
