Question: What is the trend of use of organic foods in our country? How many people are aware about the advantages of organic foods and what is your company doing to create awareness regarding this?

Bharat Mitra: Unfortunately, the awareness of organic foods in India is still very low. All of us living in India are subject to chemical toxins in the foods we are eating. Very few are aware of this. We are working to raise the awareness about the poisonous chemicals sprayed on the foods, and the benefits of organic food. Unfortunately, in Delhi every corner of the street has a new cancer hospital. It's time that we all know that one of the main causes of diseases in our age is chemical poisoning, which many of the people are getting through the food.

ORGANIC INDIA is committed and dedicated to bring awareness of the benefits of organic food throughout India . There are some shops that sell substandard products that claim to be organic, because people understand that it's the new trend. And some of the authentic organic food is coming at a price which is affordable only to the affluent.
